Nicholson 05190N 14" Half Round Pipeliner File
- Bastard cut files are the coarsest files and have the fewest teeth per inch. They are used for heavy stock removal.
- Single cut files consist of one set of parallel, diagonal teeth extended across the face of the file. They are used for sharpening or to produce a smooth finish.
- A tang is the tapered end of the file that can either be used to hold the file or inserted it into an optional handle.
- Half-round shape has one round side and one flat side for use on curved and flat surfaces
- American pattern file for non-precision material removal
- Double-cut teeth on the flat side for rapid removal of material and single-cut teeth on the round side for sharpening and deburring
- Coarse (bastard) coarseness grade for a rough finish
- Tang for use with an optional handle (sold separately)
